An Introduction to Liberation Praxis & Regenerative Leadership Tuesdays • June 9–30 • 12 PM CT/6 PM BST What becomes possible when leadership is no longer rooted in urgency, over-functioning, and survival—but in relationship, imagination, restoration, and collective intelligence? Liberation Lab is a four-week embodied learning experience exploring regenerative leadership through the interconnected domains of decolonization, restoration, creativity, and integration. Designed for facilitators, educators, wellness practitioners, organizational leaders, creatives, and changemakers, the Lab invites participants into a relational and experiential approach to leadership and cultural transformation. Drawing from decolonial thought, somatic practice, restorative approaches, collaborative learning, and creative imagination, Liberation Lab explores how individuals, teams, organizations, and communities can cultivate more sustainable ways of working, leading, relating, and creating together. Rather than approaching leadership development or culture change as a checklist, this series centers the living dynamics that shape collective life every day: trust, nervous system capacity, accountability, communication, repair, participation, creativity, imagination, and embodied awareness. Participants will experience DEIcipher as a living framework while exploring leadership not as heroic individualism, but as a collaborative and regenerative process rooted in shared responsibility, relational intelligence, healing, and creative world-building. What We’ll Explore: Decolonization: Re-root leadership by examining urgency, hierarchy, extraction, and inherited leadership patterns. Restoration: Explore burnout, nervous system health, boundaries, repair, and rest as leadership infrastructure. Creativity: Engage storytelling, intuition, collective imagination, and creative experimentation as leadership intelligence. Integration: Develop values-based leadership commitments and sustainable next steps for ongoing practice. Who This Is For: Organizational leaders, managers, facilitators, educators, wellness practitioners, coaches, healers, founders, entrepreneurs, creatives, HR professionals, and individuals or teams seeking more connected, sustainable, and regenerative ways of working together. Liberation Lab is not simply a course to complete—it is a threshold experience into the broader ecosystem of Liberation Praxis Collaborative Leadership Training beginning in 2027
