LIBERATION PRAXIS · JANUARY–DECEMBER 2027

BEGINS FRIDAY JANUARY 15th· 10-1 PM CT (ONLINE)

A 12-Month Collaborative Leadership Practice

Leadership as Healing. Praxis as Power.

What becomes possible when leadership itself becomes a site of healing, relationship, imagination, and collective liberation?

CHAPTER ONE · RECOGNITION

Another meeting about transformation is not transformation.

Many of us already know a great deal.

We can name the systems. We understand burnout. We know collaboration matters. We have read the books, attended the workshops, learned the language, and imagined something better.

And still, the question remains:

How do we actually live it?

Liberation Praxis is designed to close the space between what we believe and how we practice.

CHAPTER TWO · THE PRAXIS METHOD

How do we actually live it?

Your actual life becomes part of the curriculum.

01

Notice

02

Act

03

Reflect

04

Adjust

05

Act Again

✓  Your workplace

✓  Your relationships

✓  Your body

✓  Your community

✓  The challenges you are navigating right now

We notice what is happening, experiment with another way, observe what happens, adjust, and try again.

CHAPTER THREE · THE YEAR

Four seasons. Four movements. One living practice.

Winter

Decolonization

01

Awareness + Analysis

Learn to see what is already shaping us: power, conditioning, organizational culture, inherited leadership models, social location, nervous system patterns, and responsibility without domination.

Summer

Creativity

03

Regenerative Imagination + Meaning-Making

Practice imagination as a leadership capacity through art, story, intuition, play, experimentation, land, cultural memory, beauty, and collaborative creation.

Spring

Restoration

02

Healing + Relational Repair

Practice the conditions that allow people and relationships to remain alive enough for transformation: listening, boundaries, repair, restorative facilitation, conflict engagement, and sustainable rhythms.

Autumn

Integration

04

Action + Stewardship

Move insight into form through collaborative decision-making, decentralized leadership, ethics, accountability, implementation, boundaries, continuity, and stewardship.

CHAPTER FOUR · PEDAGOGY

How we learn is part of what we learn.

01

Body

04

Culture

02

Relationship

03

Community

Liberation Praxis is experiential, relational, creative, interdisciplinary, and project-based.

✓  We learn through the body.
✓  We learn through relationship.
✓  We learn through experimentation and conflict.
✓  We learn through imagination and making.
✓  We learn through rest.
✓  We return to questions whose answers change as we change.

CHAPTER FIVE · STRUCTURE OF PRACTICE

A year of practice, not just learning.

01

Praxis Quests

Real-world experiments between gatherings.

04

Real-World Casework

Your organization, practice, relationships, and community become material for learning.

02

Praxis Labs

Bring back the actual challenge. Examine what happened. Learn from the attempt. Iterate.

05

WebWork

The ongoing community environment where practice continues between formal Praxis gatherings.

03

Relational Liberation Blueprint

An evolving visual map of how you lead, relate, repair, create, and steward.

CHAPTER SIX · BECOMING

Who are you becoming?

CAPACITIES YOU'LL DEVELOP

  • Develop a personal leadership practice and Relational Liberation Blueprint that can continue evolving beyond the program.

  • Recognize when care becomes overfunctioning and practice more sustainable boundaries and responsibility.

  • Translate values and regenerative ideas into experiments, structures, decisions, and practices in real settings.

  • Stay more present and discerning when complexity, conflict, or uncertainty enters the room.

  • Learn from real attempts: noticing what happened, adjusting, repairing when needed, and trying again.

  • Use creativity and imagination to generate possibilities beyond inherited solutions.

  • Design and facilitate conditions that support participation, belonging, repair, and shared responsibility.

  • Notice power, conditioning, capacity, and relational dynamics with greater clarity.

The desired shift is not mastery as certainty. It is greater capacity to participate intentionally in the living systems a person is already part of.

Praxis is not promising a finished or perfected leader. It is a sustained environment for developing capacities participants can continue practicing long after the cohort ends.

CHAPTER SEVEN · WHO IT'S FOR

For people whose work involves people, care, culture, leadership, and change.

Organizational + Institutional Leaders

You shape culture, policy, and the everyday conditions people work inside.

Independent Practitioners + Facilitators

You hold rooms, groups, and processes — and you want more capacity for what arises in them.

Community + Cultural Changemakers

You organize, create, and steward relationships and possibility where you live.

You don't need an executive title to be a leader.

If your choices affect the conditions in which other people live, work, learn, heal, create, or belong, your leadership matters here.

CHAPTER EIGHT

The shape of the year

January–December 2027

CHAPTER NINE · INVESTMENT

Choose your investment

Everyone receives the same complete Liberation Praxis experience.

There are no premium classrooms, additional access levels, or different levels of belonging.

  • SUPPORTED (Monthly)

    375$
For participants for whom the Sustainer investment would create meaningful financial strain.

  • SUSTAINER (Monthly)

    458$
For participants with sufficient financial capacity to support their participation comfortably and help sustain the learning ecology.

  • CONTRIBUTOR (Monthly)

    541$
For participants or organizations with greater access to resources who want their investment to expand access & strengthen long-term sustainability.

  • SUPPORTED (Yearly)

    4,500$
For participants for whom the Sustainer investment would create meaningful financial strain.

  • SUSTAINER (Yearly)

    5,500$
For participants with sufficient financial capacity to support their participation comfortably and help sustain the learning ecology.

  • CONTRIBUTOR (Yearly)

    6,500$
For participants or organizations with greater access to resources who want their investment to expand access & strengthen long-term sustainability.

Different resources. Same circle.

Choose the level that allows you to participate sustainably while considering what you can contribute to the larger learning ecology.

HOW DO I CHOOSE?

Consider what you can sustain across twelve months without strain, and what your participation makes possible for others in the circle. If the Sustainer level is comfortable, choose it. If it would create meaningful strain, choose Supported. If you or your organization have greater access to resources, Contributor widens access for everyone.

CHAPTER TEN · ENROLLMENT

Ready to practice another way?

Bring the work you're already doing. The questions you're carrying. The places you're getting stuck. The thing you're trying to build. The thing you're ready to stop carrying. And your curiosity about what might become possible when we practice together for an entire year.

Liberation is not something we arrive at. Liberation is something we practice.

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

We'll follow up with next steps and a short conversation.
