WHY A LAB?

This is a place to experiment.

We call it a Lab because this is a place to experiment.

Not a laboratory of detached observation, but a living space where your body, relationships, work, questions, and imagination become part of the inquiry.

Liberation Lab is designed for trying things: noticing inherited patterns, experimenting with restoration, using creativity to generate possibility, and integrating what you discover into daily life.

Field notes, not findings.

THE CENTRAL INVITATION

What does belonging feel like in the body?

From there, we spiral outward into the ways belonging, power, care, creativity, leadership, and culture are shaped in the spaces we share.

This is not theoretical work alone. It is personal, embodied, relational, and designed to move into practice.

THE FOUR WEEKS

Four weeks. Four domains. Plenty to try.

WEEK 01

Decolonization

01

Notice what you inherited.

Leadership lineage, power, conditioning, patterns, and the stories shaping how you lead.

WEEK 03

Creativity

03

Practice possibility.

Imagination, story, play, making, uncertainty, and creativity as a technology for generating what does not yet exist.

WEEK 02

Restoration

02

Explore what sustains you.

Capacity, nervous system awareness, rest, repair, boundaries, and the conditions that allow people to remain alive inside change.

WEEK 04

Integration

04

Bring it into form.

Harvest what changed, identify what wants activation, and design a next practice rather than ending with inspiration alone.

THE PRACTICE LOOP

Observe. Practice. Apply. Reflect. Return.

01

Observe

05

Return

04

Reflect

03

Apply

02

Practice

Each week includes a tangible map, worksheet, or creative tool plus a Praxis Quest to test in real life between sessions.

The point is not to become a perpetual learner. The point is to cultivate practice.

POSSIBILITY

What might become possible?

MORE OF WHAT PARTICIPANTS OFTEN NOTICE

Greater awareness of inherited patterns shaping how you lead, relate, work, and respond.

A clearer sense of what supports or depletes your capacity.

Restorative, relational, or creative practices you have actually tested.

More language for naming what is happening in a team, relationship, community, or system.

An identified area ready for activation, experimentation, or change.

WHO IT'S FOR

For people whose work involves people, care, culture, leadership, healing, creativity, community, and change.

You may be a practitioner, facilitator, healer, organizational leader, founder, educator, artist, coach, culture worker, community builder—or someone building a role that does not have a familiar title yet.

You do not need an executive title to be a leader.

THE PRACTICE LOOP

THRESHOLDS

Where does the experiment go from here?

Liberation Lab is complete in itself—and it can also be a threshold. If something becomes possible in the Lab and you want to keep practicing, there are two ways to continue.

WEBWORK

Keep practicing it.
$79/month

An ongoing community of practice: a place to return with the experiment.

What did you try?
What happened?
Where are you getting stuck?

What support do you need?

LIBERATION PRAXIS

Develop the capacity to steward it.

A 12-month collaborative leadership practice for people ready to develop the capacity to steward regenerative change in their work, communities, relationships, and systems.
