A gentle reminder: you belong at the table

YOU BELONG AT THE TABLE.

Friends,

There are very few spaces in adult life where we are invited to simply arrive.

No expertise required. No performance. No productivity. No expectation that we hold everything together.

And yet being nourished—in body, spirit, creativity, and community—is not something we earn.

It is a birthright.

Many of us have learned to offer care generously to others while postponing it for ourselves. We show up for our families, our communities, our organizations, our movements, our friends.

We hold. We organize. We respond. We care.

But somewhere along the way, many of us were taught that receiving nourishment should come later.

After the work is finished. After everyone else is cared for. After we've earned it.

What if care was never meant to be postponed?

What if allowing ourselves to rest, gather, receive, and be nourished is not separate from collective care—but part of it?

On June 28, we will gather beneath the full moon for Moon Feast, an intimate evening of Yoga Nidra, seasonal food, reflection, conversation, and community.

There are just a few seats remaining.

This gathering is intentionally small because we want it to feel less like an event and more like being welcomed to the table.

Together we'll experience:

• Yoga Nidra and deep rest • Full moon reflections and astrology • A seasonal communal feast • Meaningful conversation • Time to reconnect with yourself and others

As summer begins, there is often pressure to do more, plan more, attend more, experience more.

This evening offers something different.

A pause.

A breath.

A reminder that your well-being matters not only because you deserve it, but because nourished people create healthier relationships, healthier communities, and more sustainable futures.

You do not have to arrive exhausted to deserve care.

You do not have to earn rest.

You do not have to carry everything alone.

Moon Feast + Yoga Nidra Sunday, June 28 4:00–7:00 PM South Evanston

Investment: $79

A few spaces remain, and registration will close once we reach capacity.

If something in you has been longing to be held, nourished, witnessed, or simply invited to the table, we would love to welcome you.

With care,

Ruthann + Yoli
