We hear it in your notes. We see it in how you show up.
That's the thing about this work. It doesn't stay in the room. It travels.

Our next Liberation Lab begins November 3: four weeks of practice across decolonization, restoration, creativity, and integration. The same doorway you walked through, opening again for someone new.
Almost everyone in your cohort found their way here through a relationship. Not an ad. Not a cold email.

Maybe it's a colleague who already rests, breathes, practices, and wonders how any of that could reach the way they lead. Maybe it's someone supervising a team, carrying more than their share. Maybe it's someone you haven't thought of yet.
